13.How do Contacts Opt-in to Messages?

Users opt in by submitting their mobile phone number and actively selecting one or both consent checkboxes on the contact form at https://event.actorshut.com/contact-us. The checkboxes describe the categories of messages they will receive, as reflected in the Use Case above.

14.Opt-In Message

You are opted in to receive SMS messages from Actors Hut LLC. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

15. Carrier Liability

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

16. Non-Sharing Clause

17. Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 818-538-3651. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
